Have participants identify one growth opportunity in each vector:

Discuss: Which offers best opportunity for your organization?
Activity 2: Opportunity Evaluation (40 min)
Using real opportunities, evaluate using Strategic Fit, Market Attractiveness, Financial Viability, Risk criteria. Score each dimension.
Activity 3: Growth Strategy Debate (20 min)
"Build vs. Buy vs. Partner: Which is right for your organization?" Discuss pros/cons of each approach.
